A PR agency built on ethical foundations, Analogy PR was born from a shared vision, to use PR as a catalyst for sustainable development, community regeneration and social equity. Founded in 2020 by Anna Murray and Katherine Kowalski, from helping clients boost biodiversity in urban spaces to launching community games facilities; grounded in experience, strong authentic relationships and evidence of what works, Analogy PR draws on the power of strategic narrative, imagination and creativity to make people sit up and listen. With a female-led neurodiverse team, the team champions inclusivity and equality at every level, driving the diversity of thought in PR.

How this year’s shaped up

Following the team’s successful completion of their ‘Communications Management Standard’ audit, Analogy PR has become one of the only Public Relations & Communications Association accredited agencies in the south west. With this standout accolade behind them, the team’s impressive credentials and ethical approach have been setting them apart, attracting new purpose-driven clients in the renewable energy, social housing and community development sectors, providing them with a solid foundation for their next stage of growth.

2023 / 2024 Highlights

  • Securing two large values-aligned bids over the past year.
  • A 100% positive feedback result in a client satisfaction survey.
  • Launch of ‘SPRING’, a communications methodology putting strategy at the heart of creativity to boost results for clients.
  • Partnership work with client Royal William Yard for the RNLI 200th anniversary boosted visibility and donations, which “directly led to saving lives’ “- client feedback.
  • Gaining accreditation from the Public Relations & Communications Association.
  • Developing part-time roles into full-time team members.
  • The creation of a strategic communications training programme to engage specific audiences on home-energy retrofitting.

Where they’re setting their 2024/25 sights

Winning two large bids will see Anthology PR continue to deliver strategic communications in both public and private sectors making their mark in the industry and accelerating social change in Devon, Cornwall and other areas of the Southwest over the next three years. With a new website about to go live, and their own content marketing programme launching imminently, the team are looking forward to the opportunities that the increased visibility will open up for them.
