
Creative Enterprise, supported by the British Film Institute (BFI) through National Lottery funding, is proud to announce the latest cohort of the Foundations Programme. Designed to support early-stage screen businesses, the programme equips entrepreneurs with the tools, insights, and mentorship needed to build sustainable and successful ventures in the screen industries.
Following a highly competitive selection process, this year’s cohort brings together an exciting mix of innovative businesses from across England, spanning film, TV, games, immersive technology, and other creative screen sectors. Over the course of the programme, these entrepreneurs will participate in a structured series of workshops, mentoring sessions, and peer learning opportunities, helping them refine their business strategies and set a strong foundation for growth.

The Foundations Programme is a key initiative within Creative Enterprise’s wider mission to support the UK’s screen industries. Participants will gain access to expert-led workshops covering essential business topics such as finance, marketing, investment, and business resilience. Additionally, they will be matched with experienced mentors who will provide tailored guidance to help them refine their business models and growth strategies.
Blaise Singh – Rainbow Pictures
Rainbow Pictures is a dynamic production company dedicated to bold, socially impactful storytelling across film, TV, and digital platforms. Founded by award-winning producer Blaise Singh, it builds on his extensive track record, including Pride & Protest (BFI Flare) and The Beyoncé Experience (Together TV). As the commercial arm of the social enterprise – Elevate Community Productions CIC, Rainbow Pictures develops and produces content with emerging talent. Currently, the company is developing Sea Change, So Queer, and Sacred Sex, aiming to secure financing in 2025. With a focus on inclusivity and innovation, Rainbow Pictures is set to make a lasting mark on the industry.

One Glove Films is an independent screen production company based in the East of England, founded by BAFTA and RTS nominated director Chloë Thomas. The company develops and produces innovative fiction projects, with a particular focus on identifying unusual and affordable IP. One Glove Films has a strong track record of working with diverse stories and untapped subjects. It recently optioned the life story of Nemone Lethbridge, defence barrister to The Krays and is co-developing her story as a series with a major international TV production company.
