The cohort came together for the first time in September 2023 at Newquay Orchards for workshops, conversations and the start of some fantastic collaboration between the businesses. A truly exciting day, with some sunshine to match. The cohort for Kernow Awenek Dew (Creative Cornwall Two) spans a diverse range of creative industry subsectors, including screen, live arts and production, marketing and design, fashion and visual arts, and apps and content.
The group will now embark on a 9-month programme of initiatives to help them clarify their vision, gain sector specific knowledge, obtain tools for making the business sustainable, meet likeminded peers and receive tailored mentoring to prepare for investment.

GN3RA is a digital outfit customization platform, where anyone can alter and design digital outfits without tech or fashion skills and wear them immediately on avatars to explore virtual worlds and games (Phase 1) and in AR (Phase 2), in just under 10 minutes.
Grays Wharf is a not-for-profit contemporary arts organisation based in Penryn, Cornwall. Locally connected and outward-looking, we work with artists and local people to co-create culture and creativity. In partnership with education, community groups and organisations from across the sectors, we commission art works, support creative careers, inspire audiences and deliver enjoyable and meaningful creative activity for all.
When I had children, I suddenly saw the school system from their perspective and realised that home-educating them was going to give them, in my opinion, the best chance in life. Shortly after starting that journey, I began to panic about the number of photos, videos and bits of paper I was storing to evidence they were learning, and I realised that I needed a personalised, central, electronic storage system. This didn’t exist and is where Collage was born. I am now looking to expand the team and grow Collage through access on the App Store.

I have been a physiotherapist for almost 20 years and am currently undertaking a PhD exploring technology use in supported housing. I love spending time with my family, running on the moors and cycling. My youngest son is autistic and has a range of additional needs. He finds lots of everyday tasks really tricky. Together, we have created Jam Up! A digital platform which helps autistic children aged pprox. 7-14 to get dressed in a fun and engaging way. It also provides support to carer/parents through daily tips and short videos. Involvement from autistic children and their parent/carers as well as key stakeholders is at the heart of everything we do. We want to try to minimise some of the inequalities autistic children and their carer/parents experience. So far, the development of Jam Up! Has been a great adventure, it feels so positive to be creating something which will make such a difference to the everyday lives of this population.

Together they have produced twenty-five acclaimed pieces of theatre and ran a venue, Styx, in North London for six years. Felix has years of experience in the arts sector and has also worked as a consultant for the Mayor of London’s Culture and Creative industries team for the last two years. Felix is also a qualified teacher and has taught in secondary schools, drama schools as well as lecturing at universities.
